# Aidfolio > Free, private, open-source web tools for local and national NGOs and humanitarian organisations. Aidfolio helps them prepare for partner capacity and due-diligence assessments (such as UN HACT micro-assessments, the UN Implementing Partner PSEA assessment and the Charter for Change due-diligence passport), calculate their true overhead (indirect cost) rate and negotiate a fair overhead, and plan a fair risk-sharing conversation with donors. Everything runs in the browser: nothing typed is uploaded, there is no account, and it is free for every local organisation. Aidfolio is an independent project by Richard Prouse (New Zealand). It is a self-assessment aid, not a certification, and is not affiliated with the UN, Charter for Change, Humentum or any donor. English now; Sinhala, Tamil, French and Arabic planned.
